Because, I get it. I’ve been where you are right now. Yes, you. It’s the ultimate low. Im here to help create preventative measures to ensure you don't have to realize the dark depths of anxiety. Those Sleepless nights full of worry, fear and racing thoughts can all be avoided with mental support through food. My journey has not be easy. Actually, it was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. But, I’ve grown and I’ve been able to overcome my anxiety. My weakness became my greatest strength.
I created my business "Food for Mood" to help others dealing with AND avoid similar life struggles, specifically with regards to anxiety . Together we can create a personal mental health transformation through complimentary medicine, nutrition, holistic protocols and diet.
Vision as a
I will act as a guide to identify, simplify and resolve personal wellness obstacles. An integrative approach will allow us to work together to address and solve underlying issues rather than sorting through the symptomatic problems, or in other words the "short-term fixes".
Primary and Secondary foods are the foundation to my health coaching style.
Primary Foods consist of these “outside factors” that satiate our hunger for life as opposed to our hunger for food. Examples of primary foods include healthy relationships, fulfilling careers, physical activity, spirituality, joy, home cooking, education, finances, creativity, home environment, social life.
Secondary Foods are everything we put into our bodies hand to mouth. Water, foods, liquids, supplements, etc.
